As part of upgrades to the Toowong Bus Depot in 2018, Roman Contractors was engaged by BCC to undertake works to relocate water mains and to facilitate the relocation of the water mains.
As part of the upgrades, Roman Contractors were required to demolish and decommission redundant pipe, remove existing services, install new underground and above ground pipework for water mains and fire services, construct a valve pit, replace footpath and reinstate the carpark and other disturbed areas and install bollards.
Despite encountering pre-existing issues and obstacles upon commencement of the project, Roman Contractors successfully completed the project to the high-standards and satisfaction of the client.
